Thanks for your interest in participating in the Essex Memorial Day Parade starting at 10:00a.m. on Saturday, May 25, 2024.

Our parade theme is: "All Gave Some, Some Gave All"

Please complete the questions below to participate in the parade.

Upon submission, we will review your information and be in touch about your participation.

The intent of the Essex Memorial Day Parade is to honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. All groups should reflect this in their participation.

The Essex Memorial Day Parade Committee reserves the right to approve or reject participation applications at its discretion.

Candy or other trinkets may be handed out curbside by individuals walking with your unit. Leaflets/advertisements are strictly prohibited.

We are also seeking nominations for our parade Grand Marshals. Nominations are being accepted until May 5 at: https://forms.gle/9KGr59ZMcCgd1MDp9.

Please use third person tense (i.e. describe things with him, her, they, their). Here is an example: "The EHS Band is proud to be the hometown band. The Essex High School Band salutes our country's service men and women. They'd love to see you at their performances throughout the school year. Check them out at www.EssexBands.org." *
