Abstract:
Dana will tell us about the Tennessee Valley Authority, the services they provide, their generation mix, and how power generation organizations have had to pivot over the years as environmental regulations and public opinion have changed.
She will discuss her background and experiences as a woman in the power generation industry and how she has had to pivot to adjust to challenges and opportunities over her career.
She will also share her passion for inclusion and employee engagement and showing up as our true self while "Daring to Lead" whether we are in a formal or informal leadership role.
