Piper and Choncho Puppy Application

Puppies are sold as pets only with the understanding that they will be spayed or neutered within the first 8 months of life at the vet indicated on this form. If you are looking to breed please contact me for breeding fees/rights. There is a $500 nonrefundable deposit to hold a puppy, and another $1500 due upon picking up the puppy. The order in which I receive the deposit is the order for picking a puppy. Picking the puppy can be done virtually or in person. If paying with PayPal, Venmo or check you need to pay the remainder owed 7 days prior to picking up your puppy. I offer a 1 year health guarantee for puppy. All dogs, regardless of age must be returned to me if you can no longer care for the dog.

All applicants must be 18 years of age or older. You are NOT guaranteed a puppy by filling out this form. I will notify you before you make a deposit. If for any reason you have placed a deposit and there are no puppies available (due to extenuating circumstances) I will refund the deposit. I will send you the contract once you are ready to place the deposit that we both will sign. Pick up date for the puppy will be May 13th/14th/15th at my home in Albertville, Minnesota. They will be dewormed, microchipped, 1st set of shots, vet checked and come with a puppy pack (food, toy etc). If you have a flight nanny I am open to sending across states, but no shipping of puppies.

I will send weekly pictures of puppies or chosen puppy once you have filled out this application and sent in the deposit.

Morkipoos have high grooming needs, they should be brushed daily and brought to groomer every 8 weeks, which can get costly. Are you prepared for this expense? *
