Request for a waiver to change cohort
This form is to be used if:
- your daughter is currently attending hybrid
- you would like to request special consideration to change cohort

Standard breakdown:
G1 (last name A-K) students come to campus Monday and Tuesday
G2 (last name L-Z) students come to campus Thursday and Friday

Being placed outside of your alphabet group is only available through this special waiver.

A student/family should not assume that the cohort change has been accepted until a confirmation has been provided by a school administrator.

Note: To ensure as much instructional stability as possible in a complex time, and change of status and cohort review considerations will only be reviewed at set dates available on the hybrid website
