Please indicate the team/teams you are interesting in coaching in 2021.  Our preference is that you take your appointed team for 2020 State Champs as this will help inform you with team selections for WABL.  Please ensure that the 2020 State Champs box is ticked if you are available.  Note that we still want to hear from if you are only interested in coaching State Champs, but priority will be given to coaches who want to coach both.

With WABL 2020 finishing later this year, our State Champs dates have moved slightly as well.  Note that there are now 4 weekends with ALL championship divisions playing on the final weekend. (18/19/20th December)

28/29 November 2020 – Under 13 and Under 15 Boys (Division 2 and 3)

4/5/6 December 2020 –  “Girls Weekend” Under 11, Under 13, Under 15, Under 17, Under 19 (Division 2 and 3)

11/12/13 December 2020 – Under 11, Under 17, Under 19 Boys (Division 2 and 3)

18/19/20 December 2020 – State Titles- All Championship matches across all age groups

All players must be under the prescribed age as at the 31 December

Successful applicants must agree to fulfil the following criteria: -
-    Maintain a commitment to the Perry Lakes Hawks Basketball Program including all coaching and training requirements.
-    Continue to seek knowledge and enhance your skills as a coach and attend any coaching
    programs that the association may provide from time to time including development
    training sessions.
-   Attend the State Championship trials & WABL open trial days to be set aside by Perry Lakes Hawks Basketball Association.
-   Focus on improvement and development of all players under your guidance.
-   Produce a current “Working with Children Card”
-   Agree to the Perry Lakes Hawks Coaches Code of Behaviour
-   Demonstrate and promote respect towards referees, opponents, coaches and officials.
-   Assist the Club in abiding by and enforcing all Club Policies whilst supporting the Club’s
   Strategic goals.
