Living With Wellness Arts Festival 2024 is set to take place at Mississauga Celebration Square on May 25, 2024. We invite businesses and organizations to partner with us and make this day a success.

Vendor Agreement

Payment: Vendors must pay the full amount by May 1, 2024, to secure their spot in the festival. Payments are non-refundable.

Insurance: Food Vendors must provide proof of liability insurance.

Set-up and Tear-down: Vendors are responsible for their own set-up and tear-down. Vendors must be set up by 10:00 am on May 25, 2024 and must stay until the end of the festival at 11:00 pm.

Promotion: All Vendor will play a crucial role in promotions of the Living With Wellness Festival. You will be contacted by our team for instructions and collaboration ideas.

Conduct: Vendors must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate by the festival organizers may result in the vendor's removal from the festival.

Compliance: Vendors must comply with all local, provincial, and federal laws and regulations.
