The program fills up quickly so avoid disappointment by registering early! Fill it out completely and submit.

Program Time: 9:30 A.M. - 3:00 P.M.

We will not provide transportation for our program. Parents must drop off and pick up their student at our office at 814 Asylum Ave. Hartford, CT.

My student will attend program:

Full Day- 9:30 A.M - 3:00 P.M.

Half Day- 12:30 P.M.- 3:00 P.M. (Students need to arrive no later than 12:45 P.M.)

After-program child care: 3:00 P.M. - 5:00 P.M

WAITLIST: Will your child stay for after-program child care? (No Fee) *

Yes

NOTE: We are at capacity for after-program child care. There are no more spots. If you said yes above, you will be added to the waitlist and if a student drops out then you will be called. Until then, your student will be dismissed at 3:00 P.M.

Will your student bring their own lunch? If yes, please send lunch bag labeled.

Yes (Lunch will be labeled and refrigerated until lunch time)
