Join us for a professional development opportunity to examine our own understanding of mathematical concepts in a progression of learning, in order to develop effective instruction. Through the lens of fractions, we will examine rich tasks, note how these tasks support the growth called for in the progressions documents, and learn how we can address gaps in students' understanding. This PD will be applicable to all stakeholders who teach fractions to students from elementary to high school.
