2022 Continuing Education Report
Rostered Ministers are responsible for reporting all continuing education. Please take a moment and fill out this form to let us know you are in the process of completing your 40 hours each calendar year.

Note: Please do not submit 2021 hours in this form. If you have additional hours to report for 2021, please email them to Holly Zemke directly at hzemke@nclutheran.org before February 15, 2022.

Reminder: Although the 2021 continuing education requirement was waived, we are still recording any hours that were submitted for 2021.
