HCES PTA Volunteer Interest Form   |   2023-2024
Hi HCES Families! Thank you for your interest in volunteering to help with all things PTA for the 2023-2024 school year. As you may know from last year, there are TONS of ways to get involved and enhance the already wonderful place that is HCES. The form is long, but filled with great information!

Please see the opportunities below, and let us know by your selections what you are interested in. We also have options for  "committee chair" positions (this means you would lead the charge!), if this is something that interests you. There are two types of "chair" positions:
  • Standing Committee Chair- voted on by the PTA Executive Committee, works with the PTA Board for the whole school year, attends monthly Board meetings, and has a vote at these meetings.
  • Special Committee Chair- works on the special event/item they volunteer to lead, and attends the PTA meeting(s) in preparation for the event/item.
We look forward to serving alongside you this next year!

Here is our PTA BOARD STRUCTURE CHART so you can see how we operate and more details on each position/committee.
