This survey is open to recreational and professional members of the flying trapeze community of all ages and abilities. Even if you have not had a shoulder injury that had affected your flying you are still welcome to fill out the 1st set of (compulsory) questions of this survey as it will help to give an indication of how common shoulder injuries are.
The aim if this survey is:
- Help find out any shoulder injury patterns caused by flying trapeze
- Which shoulder injuries are the most problematic when it comes to returning to flying trapeze
In turn this information could help make flying trapeze safer and help develop better rehab protocols for the most problematic injuries.
All data collected is completely anonymous and only aggregate data will be shared / published at the end of the survey collection period. If you are not happy for your data to be used for research purposes please do not fill in this survey.
Please read the questions carefully before selecting your answers.
If you would like to be kept updated on the progress and results of this research you drop an email to admin@kateryan.biz with 'Flying Trapeze Shoulder Injury Survey' in the subject line.
