Mentee Application
PBGF provides one-on-one mentorship and activities dedicated to helping girls define,  develop, and defend their voices as leaders. 9th – 12th-grade girls located in the following locations: Greensboro, NC, Charlotte, NC, Wilmington, NC, Baltimore MD (and nearby areas) are eligible to apply for our mentoring program at this time. Only completed applications will be reviewed.

Mentee Criteria:
• Applications accepted from girls in 9th grade – 12th Grade  
• Demonstrates leadership interest and potential – must complete application • Has support from a parent/guardian to fulfill mentorship commitment • Attends scheduled meetings  
• Commits to completing service projects in their community  
• Must be able to participate in 90% of monthly scheduled events for one year term.  
• Commit to spending at least 4 hours per month with their assigned one-on-one woman mentor (in-person, text, email, phone, or virtual)
