In this form, you can submit an order for company credit report.

Once we receive your order, we will send you the invoice payable by bank or card. Upon payment completion, we will send you the sector study by email: in 12 hours from payment confirmation to our bank account, during working days; 12 hours from the following working day if your order was submitted during the weekend or during a bank holiday in Romania.  

You will receive a copy of your responses by e-mail. If you notice an error, kindly e-mail us at reports@romania-insider.com, to rectify any issue that may interfere with us providing the service to you.

Price and payment method
The Prices are expressed in Euro, without VAT, unless otherwise stated.

After you place an order, we'll send you a confirmation e-mail along with the invoice payable via bank transfer, within 2 working days from placing the order.
If you are a company located in Romania, the invoice will be in RON, at the National Bank of Romania exchange rate, otherwise the price will be expressed in Euro.
Refund and cancellation policy
You can cancel your order anytime from the time you placed the order and by the time you receive an invoice from us, by writing us an e-mail at reports@romania-insider.com.

For the company credit reports ordered via this form, your order is considered final once we confirm receiving your payment. You can cancel your order anytime before that, by writing us an email at reports@romania-insider.com.
Liability
Our partners providing the reports make all the efforts so that the information presented within the reports is accurate and without fault. The information presented in the reports contains public data filed by the companies with the national registration authorities or by national authorities themselves, as well as analysis done by the financial analysts from Creditreform. We do not hold any liability arising from the information presented within the reports, missing or that is otherwise considered erroneous. Any disputes arriving from your order will be treated with the utmost consideration and urgency.
