Introduction
This research is being conducted by Dr. Kate Tully at the University of Maryland, College Park. We are inviting you to participate in this research project because we are trying to understand the food needs of people in this community and how community gardens can help meet the needs of the community.  

Procedures
The procedures involve you answering a series of questions about what you ate in the last 24 hours and your ability to meet your food needs in the past year. This should take 10-15 minutes.

Risks and Benefits
There are no known risks from participating in this research study. There are no direct benefits from participating in this research. However, possible benefits include a better understanding of the food needs of this community which we hope will benefit the community in the future.

Confidentiality
The questionnaire is anonymous. The results of the study may be published but your name will not be known. We will assign ID numbers to participants when storing their files, and data will be stored in a private Google File that the three investigators have access to. We plan to keep the data to continue analyzing it for research purposes for five years after the completion of this project.

Right to Withdraw
Your participation in this interview is voluntary. You may refuse to take part in the research or end the interview at any time without penalty. You are free to decline to answer any particular question you do not wish to answer for any reason.
