Award Criteria:
Awarded to recognize significant contributions in Public Service Engineering, to a candidate who is a public agency engineer* and meets the following minimum criteria:
i. Sustained outstanding civil engineering performance in the public sector.
ii. Evidence of high character and professional integrity.
iii. Civic and humanitarian activities. Community Service.
iv. Minimum of 15 years of public service as a civil engineer, of which at least five must be at a senior administrative level.

*Preference will be given to current ASCE members and who have been members for at least three years.

Awards Ceremony:
The selected individual will be recognized in 2022 at The Iowa Section Annual Meeting.
