Invoices will be sent after orders close on Nov. 20. All invoices must be paid by midnight Eastern Time on Nov. 22. Please note that minimums must be met, and if one order backs out, that can jeopardize the entire order.

In filling out this form, you agree to be invoiced via the method you selected. Unfortunately, I've had to add in this piece -- if orders are not paid by the deadline, a 10% late fee will be imposed. This is a pre-buy situation, and I pull together orders from lots of folks to make this happen. One person pulling out causes many issues.

Note that after payment is received, your selection is final for the current pre-buy order.

After receiving your item(s), you will have 3 calendar days to initiate a return. You can do so by messaging Dawn Winters via Facebook. Photos may be requested.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item(s) must be in the original packaging and have all tags attached.

Returns must be sent via insured mail or hand-delivered to me. Postage fees will not be refunded.
