Description
Setting boundaries isn't about being selfish—it's about self-care. One way to tell whether our boundaries are healthy is to look at how we respond to requests, asks or invites. If our default mode is to say "yes" and accommodate the needs of others (even when that means more work for us), we might be falling into the trap of people pleasing. Though seemingly harmless, people pleasing often leads to burnout, resentment, and a loss of self-identity. Constantly bending over backward to meet the needs of others can drain your energy and impact your mental wellbeing. This free 30-minute webinar is your gateway to reclaiming your time in a guilt-free way.

What will you learn
a) The types of healthy boundaries at work
b) What is people pleasing and what does it look like in practice
c) Three proven ways that will help you manage expectations, set healthy boundaries and stop the habit of people pleasing both at work and in your personal life.
