Baca Roofing is an independent contractor willing to provide certain skills and abilities to the insurance Company that the insured has need for. In consideration of the mutual terms, conditions and covenants hereinafter set forth, Insured has agreed for Baca Roofing to represent the insured of this claim. The Insured has agreed to having Baca Roofing to proceed with all repairs of this claim. The term of this Agreement shall commence on above date. After the first (24 hrs) of the term, either party may, without cause, terminate this Agreement by giving written notice. 1. Baca Roofing and or the Insured will contact Insurance company to notified of damage and start the process of this claim. An adjuster will be assigned within 24 hrs. and will contact the insured of the date and time of the inspection to property. Insured agrees to allow Baca Roofing to be present at the time of inspection. 2. If adjuster agrees with the damages and proceeds to pay for the repairs of the claim, checks will be mailed to the insured, with insured name and or mortgage company. Insured agrees to adjuster providing and email copy of the claim to Baca Roofing at

. After receiving the copy claim a contract will be made between Baca Roofing and the Insured to complete repairs. 3. Mortgage company will be notified of how to proceed in cashing the check, by the insured. When receiving the adjusted check funds, Insured will contact Baca Roofing. 4. First payment will be the 1st check from the insurance company and 2nd payment will be insured deductible amount. Baca Roofing will file for deprecation funds remaining on the claim. Insured will contact Baca Roofing when funds have arrived for final payment.
