Please use the form below to book places for the CAPH conference on 17th & 18th October at the Eden Project.  Please select your preferred sessions, some have limited capacity and places will be offered on first come first served basis.  If sessions are no longer listed in the form, they are now fully booked.

CAPH member schools are entitled to free places for all staff members.  If you are bringing a number of staff and would like to do a group booking rather than have individual staff members complete the form, please contact michelle@caph.org.uk.

To view the full programme, visit https://caphedenconference2019.sched.com/.  Once registered, delegates will be sent a link to the programme on the sched website to view their personal schedule.

Email addresses will be used to communicate with delegates about the conference and also inputted in the programme site (sched) to enable access to the personal schedule.

Cancellations - please inform us by Wednesday 9th October if you are no longer able to attend.  Cancellations received after this may be subject to a charge to cover costs.
