Based on a mastermind group model, you will learn a little, share a little and do a little. Because these days content isn’t the problem. It’s community and application. That’s what Project Conquer offers – content, community and application.

CURRICULUM

What exactly does this mean? You will learn/read content from John Maxwell's "Good Leaders Ask Great Questions," I will facilitate group conversation and discussion and then you'll apply lessons in your world. This is where the magic happens. You will also be able to gain insights and learn from others in the group.

Cultivating a mindset of asking questions is not only a leadership function, but a life function. Asking questions allows you to walk side-by-side with the person answering. This is important because everyone wants to be spoken with, not talked at. Ultimately, this builds connection which leads to influence and leadership.

Touching more on curriculum, for example, what if you had a framework of problem-solving questions on hand to help you manage your way through challenging times?

How about learning what questions to ask as you're leading yourself. Keep in mind self-leadership is key - if you can't lead yourself towards some kind of growth, what business to have leading others.

Or, how about this one, let's unpack three levels of listening and help you identify how you're able to move up one level.

These are some of the key concepts you'll learn.

The result of all of this? You being able to lead yourself and your people with that much more intention and focus, while adding a tonne of value.

Format

We will meet once every two weeks (twice per month), for 60-90 minutes, on Zoom. In total, we will be together for 12 weeks/three months.

GOLD: $3397 - PROJECT CONQUER + Six-month coaching program (A more traditional coaching alliance to begin alongside PROJECT CONQUER. We begin with Values Exploration, ClifftonStrengths Assessment and debrief, Goal Setting and designing your Best Year Ever. We will take a systematic approach in developing a growth plan and measuring against that each time we meet. This allows you to get to work on action items between each session and unpack together what worked and what didn't work. I'm here as a trusted advisor, thinking partner, talking partner and accountability partner, walking with you side-by-side as you break through self-limiting beliefs and any external obstacles that might slow you down. Valued at $3600 - payment plan is available)

SILVER: $1397 - PROJECT CONQUER + PC Intensive (This coaching experience is essentially four structured coaching sessions in three hours which will allow us to dig below the surface and tackle the invisible. During this coahing experience, you will participate in a Values Exploration exercise/go deeper with values if you've already completed some of this work, complete and get debriefed on your ClifftonStrengths Assessment where we identify your strengths along with benefits and drawbacks of your top five, complete a Goal Setting exercise where we bridge your values and strengths and finally, design your Best Year Ever including smart goals, aligning values and strengths, identifying obstacles ahead of time and potential strategies to smash through them. This includes: 1 hour pre-call + three-hour intensive + 1 hour follow-up - to be used within five months of PROJECT CONQUER start date - valued at $1600 - payment plan is available)

BRONZE: $997 - PROJECT CONQUER + Three months of unstructured flex-coaching (Together we will uncover and discover how to break through specific obstacles or challenges you're facing, ultimately landing on action items for you to implement right away. To be used within five months of PROJECT CONQUER start date - valued at $1250)
