Lottery Policy
We will have a random selection (lottery) for MNRI® Cores in Training (CIT).

MNRI® Cores in Training by SMEI® can participate in the Lottery, if they
. have taken at least one IPET class before attending the Family Educational Conference in The Netherlands,
. have signed and sent in the MNRI® Training Agreement 3 months before the Conference takes place,
. have a valid and paid membership as MNRI® Core in Training in their SMEI account (valid at least until 3 months after this Conference).

MNRI® Cores in Training can take part in the lottery for only one of these therapy (IPET) hours:

. Archetypes (prerequisites: CIT Level 1)
. NeuroTactile (prerequisites: CIT Level 1)
. Repatterning (prerequisites: CIT Level 2)
. NeuroStructural (prerequisites: CIT Level 3)

Please note that MNRI® Cores in Training need to have taken the IPET class accordingly.

Deadlines - MNRI® Cores in Training can order a ticket for the Lottery up to 90 days before the first day of the Conference. The actual Lottery will take place 60 days before the first day of the Conference.

Waitinglist - As we approach the date of the Conference, there might be more places available. If you are on the waitinglist, you will be notified 30 days before the Conference starts to let you know if more “Core in Training places” became available. This depends on the number of families that are coming to the Educational Family Conference.

Lottery Bypass - You will receive a Lottery Bypass in either of the following cases:

1) If a client of a CIT signs up for Option A = 8 days, 6 hours therapy per day October 4-13, 2024: CIT receives a bypass for October 4-13, 2024.

2) If a client of a CIT signs up for Option C = 1st 4 days, 6 hours therapy per day October 4-8, 2024: CIT receives a bypass for October 4-8, 2024.

3) If a client of a CIT signs up for Option D = 2nd 4 days, 6 hours therapy per day October 9-13, 2024: CIT receives a bypass for October 9-13, 2024.

Important: Due to logistics a Lottery Bypass is not possible if a client signs up for Options B, E and F (half days)

If more Cores in Training have been working with this client, then the Core in Training, who worked last with the client, will be invited.

Signing up as Parent/Child who is Core in Training
If the Core in Training is a parent of a child that is attending the Conference, then this "Core in Training-Parent" will be able to observe, as long as he/she has completed an IPET and only parallel to the same dates and same number of hours of the Option that was booked as Parent/Child

Payment for the Core in Training Educational Observer Program will be invoiced to the Core in Training-Parent, according to the pricing in this Lottery Form for Cores in Training.

Payment for the Conference Therapies will be invoiced separately and according to the Local Registration Form with the Therapy Options (A/F).

We strongly advise to bring a partner to stay with thchild during therapies, while the Core in Training/Parent is observing other therapies in other bungalows.

New Lottery for the next Conference
The Lottery Ticket and Google Form are only valid for the Lottery for the upcoming Conference (see date above). After this Conference, all Lottery Tickets, Google Forms and Waiting List will be deleted.

For the next Conference we organize a new Lottery, with new Lottery Tickets, new Google Forms, and new dates.
