Welcome to the ProTrainings Referral Program Enrollment Form! If you have any questions about this process, please email us at Support@ProTrainings.com for assistance.

Once you fill out this form, we manually review your information and send you an email to digitally sign the Affiliate Agreement, W-9, and ACH Direct Deposit form. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. After digitally signing the forms, we will confirm your successful enrollment and you can start earning commission.

You can still share your code before finishing your paperwork, but you can not be paid until all required paperwork is completed and approved by our team.
