South London Sikh Youth is a volunteer group.

I understand that participation in the activities associated with South London Sikh Youth involves certain risks. I am voluntarily participating with knowledge of the risks involved and I agree to accept all risks of participation.

I assume and accept full responsibility for myself, for any risks, and for all injury, property loss or expenses suffered by myself or by any third party arising out of my own negligence or (to the extent allowed by applicable law) and/or any associated Volunteer Group’s.

I represent that, to my knowledge, there is no reason why I should not volunteer, and I am happy for the organisation to require me to apply for an Enhanced DBS check to demonstrate this. I also agree to attend Safeguarding and training courses as necessary to support my role in the organisation.
