Dear Participant,
I am Aman Kumar, a master's student in Applied Psychology, conducting a research study on Ambivalent Sexism and Empathy in adults as part of my curriculum.
The purpose of this research is to explore whether sexism toward the opposite sex is related to empathy in individuals, and how this might influence their emotional responses.
If you agree to participate, you will be asked to complete a series of questionnaires assessing Ambivalent Sexism and Empathy, which will take approximately 15 minutes.
There are no right or wrong answers—please respond honestly.
Eligibility:
You must be between the ages of 18 and 35 years.
You must identify as either male or female.
Confidentiality and Consent:
By participating, you are agreeing to share information that will remain confidential and used solely for research purposes.
Your identity will not be disclosed in any reports or publications related to this study.
There are no known risks associated with participation. While you may not experience direct benefits, your contribution will help advance knowledge in this area and promote a better understanding of the relationship between sexism and empathy.
