I would love to take this opportunity to gather some information about how you and your children use the current school canteen. This information will help me get to know what you all want from the canteen and to work out if any changes need to be made. Of course I can not accommodate everyone as there are policies and guidelines that need to be adhered to, but I am more than happy to listen to your suggestions and take them into consideration.
