1) Submission Deadline: The duly filled Training Registration Form along with necessary attachments shall be submitted on/before the date of the concerned Training registration deadline.

2) Submitting this Registration Form does not automatically qualify the applicant for the Training.  This application may be rejected if the applicant does not meet the basic qualification criteria or for other technical reasons.
 
3) Incompletely filled Training Registration Form, absence of required attachment  may result in rejection of the application
