£85 for individuals paying for themselves;  £105 if you can set the cost against tax;
£110 for small charities and small organisations;  £150 larger private or public sector organisations.


We aim to make it possible for everyone who wishes to participate, to be able to do so. To support this, we ask each of you to pay as close to the cost requested as you can afford, and if you can pay more, please do so. Once you have submitted this form, you will be informed how to make payment. If you choose to pay the deposit, the remaining balance can be paid anytime before or on the 25th April 2020.

Once you have made at least the deposit payment, your registration is confirmed.

We will e-mail information about venue, travel, timings and other practical aspects nearer the time.

We offer these events in order to support the growth of NVC in the world. It requires many hours of organisation and planning. We ensure we have sufficient funds to do this with the following policy:

If you cancel after the 2nd May and if your place is not filled by someone else, we won't offer you any refund. If your place is taken, we'll refund the cost minus the deposit (admin cost),

Your place is directly transferable if you need to cancel and can find someone to take your place,

You may wish to consider an insurance policy to cover the risk of illness. In the event of you cancelling, you could consider gifting your place to someone else - there are many people in our network who do not have the funds to attend such events.
