Thanks! This info will help us in scheduling everyone. We'll take the info you give us and figure out where best to position everyone. There are more positions available than the ones listed below but these are the most critical and hardest to fill so we'll start with these. If you want to volunteer but don't see an option that works for you just let us know.

Orcas 100M Friday Oct 7 -- Volunteer Medical Help at Aid Station (8:30am to 12:30pm) -- EMT, Paramedic, MD, NP, RN, WFR, etc.

Orcas 100M Friday Oct 7 -- Mountain Lake Aid Station (12:30pm to 6:30pm)

Orcas 100M Friday Oct 7 -- Mt Constitution Aid Station (4:30pm to 10:30pm)

Orcas 100M Friday Oct 7 -- Volunteer Medical Help at Aid Station (6:30pm to 12:30am) -- EMT, Paramedic, MD, NP, RN, WFR, etc.

Orcas 100M Saturday Oct 8 -- Volunteer Medical Help at Aid Station (12:30am to 6:30am) -- EMT, Paramedic, MD, NP, RN, WFR, etc.

Orcas 100M Saturday Oct 8 -- Mt Constitution Aid Station (10:30am to 6:30pm)

Orcas 100M Saturday Oct 8 -- Last Loop Sweeper 25 miles (10:30am to ~8:30pm)

Orcas 100M Saturday Oct 8 -- Forestside Aid Station (5am to 11am)

Orcas 100M Saturday Oct 8 -- Finish (11am to 7pm)

You probably already know this but Orcas Island is an island. And you need to take a ferry to get there. And the ferry is popular. You need reservations. If reservations are not available for the sailing you're interested in they will make more spots available at 7am 2 weeks prior to the day you want to sail and again at 7am 2 days prior to the day you want to sail. So you will have opportunities to make reservations even if it shows your sailing as currently sold out/stand by only. Here's the link to the reservations page

Another thing to keep in mind if you don't live on Orcas is that we weren't able to reserve Camp Moran for the October races (we'll have it for the winter races as usual though) so we can't provide any lodging options for you. But there is 'first come first serve" camp sties available including at Northend Campground which is adjacent to the start/finish area at the Cascade Lake Day Use Area. More details about camping at Moran State Park There are also hotels and other accommodations on the island not far from the park as well but availability is limited.
