Registration fee: $58 per competitor (All divisions)

Spectator fee: $2 per spectator (5 & under are free)

INFORMATION

Check in time is 20 minutes prior to the start time listed for each division
Walk throughs with rules will be held before the first runner. Only athletes and certified coaches will be allowed on the course
The run order will be determined by WNL
Register by Friday, February 3rd at 12:00PM to be placed in the random run order
Registrations after the deadline will be placed at the beginning of the run order of their division
This is a WNL full course event. This means that each obstacle completed will receive a point based off difficulty and time.

All athletes must have closed toe shoes and are not permitted to wear gloves
Redemption time is between waves as time allows. Only competitors from that wave will be allowed on the course
Age for WNL is determined by the athlete's age on January 1st, 2024.
Top 3 in division (male/female) will receive a medal.
If an athlete does not have a certified coach, our staff will be available to hold chalk/coach your athlete. I

No one is allowed on equipment of the other equipment found in the gym
