THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST IN FRESHMAN LEADERSHIP AT LOS ALTOS HIGH SCHOOL!  Please take the time to CAREFULLY read the instructions below!

1) Applications must be completed no later than Friday, April 2nd.  Late applications will not be accepted.  We are looking for creative, organized and responsible members.  Tardiness does not illustrate these qualities.

2) Application MUST be entirely completed.  Incomplete applications will not be considered for membership.

3)    Please take time to answer the application questions with as much detail and honesty as possible.  The quality of your answers may determine whether you receive direct acceptance into the program, and interview, or a denial.  If you really want to be a part of our crew...show your passion in your responses.

4)    Interviews may or may not be required for acceptance.  Please be on the look out for messages with follow up information regarding interviews.
