Parents of rising Kindergarten students should complete this form to schedule an assessment for your child. Parents will receive information regarding their child's assessment performance once the school year has begun. Parents will receive information about Kindergarten and our staff will complete assessments that will assist with placement decisions for your child. The staff will assess your child once school begins If you are unable to attend on August 15th. Students will be provided with activities for free play while waiting for the assessments to be completed. Parents may register for the 8:30am session or the 12:00pm session. Please arrive for the 8:30am session between 8:00am and 8:20am. Please arrive for the 12:00pm session between 11:30am and 11:50am. Parents are welcome to wait while your child is assessed. A parent tour of the building and information about Kindergarten will be provided during both assessment sessions. Please select an option below. Our staff is very excited to receive your child!
