CRWND, Inc. Mentoring Organization Student Application
This is the application for students to apply to become little sisters (mentees) in the CRWND, Inc. Mentoring Organization.  CRWND, Inc. is a non-profit mentoring organization that aims to promote mental health, exceptional scholarship, leadership, and mentorship between Black girls and women. The mission of CRWND, Inc. is to provide mental health education, support academic advancement, provide genuine mentorship, along with creating opportunities for girls and women to cultivate strong leadership skills in hopes of inspiring them to become leaders of tomorrow. 

Please answer all questions in this application to the best of your ability! After Section 1, parents will need to provide signatures to consent to their child's participation.
