Registration deadline: Signups will operate on a first come first served basis to the first 24 teams that pay the team fee and thereby confirm their spot. Payment information can be found at the end of this form and will also be emailed out to teams after you sign up.

Team Fee: £180

*The tournament is now full, we have removed payment information but left the form open so that you can fill this in and be added to the waiting list.*

The tournament is loose mixed, meaning at least one female matching player must represent each team on the pitch at all times.
