This is the order form for the Normal Marching Band's annual Detergent and Household Product Fundraiser. Thank you for your support!

Orders are due on Friday, April 30, 2021. Delivery times and location to be determined, and product pickup will be held locally. Proceeds benefit individual band student accounts, and this form may be submitted more than once in support of a specific student.

This fundraiser is paperless, and all payment must be submitted through PayPal or with a Credit or Debit Card. A PayPal account is not required to make a payment. The amount of your PayPal transaction should match the above total. Totals will be verified before orders are placed. SPECIAL NOTE: Be sure to submit payment through PayPal AND this order form--both are required to complete your order.

Step 2 - Type the purchase amount and select "NMB Detergent Fundraiser" from the pulldown menu. You may use an existing PayPal account (requires login) or a Credit/Debit Card (to checkout as guest) to make the payment.

Step 3 - You have the option to "Write a Note." In that space, please list the name and email address that you gave at the top of this form.

Step 4 - Enter all required information, and click "Donate Now" at the bottom.

Step 5 - Return to this form and click "Submit" at the bottom.
