Join us on Sunday, February 19 to learn how to make a simply elegant chocolate olive oil cake just in time for Valentine's Day. We will be using Maine Grain's Spelt Flour and will offer discussion of adaptations for all your dietary needs. Perfect treat for two (or more!) find all your ingredients at Good Tern Coop.

Julia H. is a local baker and with a decade of experience most recently she works with the Uproot Pie Company. You can find her at the Rockland Farmer's Market slinging pizzas and baking bialys.
