This role is meant for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who would like to support women in business by helping them embody their role as a CEO. This is a hourly, virtual position with the potential to become a salaried associate.  

We are looking for a people person!

Here’s the role you’ll play:

-hosting coaching calls inside the membership group
-creating engagement posts inside membership community
-responding to questions for clients to help them through mindset situations inside Slack and Mighty Networks
-cultivating engagement, community, and safety within coaching containers
-uploading replays for calls
-client onboarding
-Voxer support for mastermind clients
-monthly meetings with CEO
-and more as needed
Commitment - Pay & Hours
Starting rate - $45/hr
Hours - starting at 4 hr/mo

Potential for salary after 6 months
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
Qualifications:
-willing to learn new things
-understand how to use Trello, Asana, Google Sheets/Docs, Voxer & Slack
-open to learning Mighty Networks and Zoom for coaching
-work from home. You can have other clients but I need someone who is available during the day to respond to clients.
-Christian principles

You will receive an email by August 15, 2021 letting you know if you are moving on to the interview portion of this process. The first interview will be via zoom but audio only. This call will be 15 minutes for me to take in your overall vibe and go over your application. If we hit it off in this interview you will proceed to the next step of the process.

Timeline looks like:
-Application received
-15 minute interviews
-A short assignment given to you by August 15, 2021 and due August 20th, 2021. (you will NOT have to create content because yeen be paid for that haha).
-Final applicants will be asked for a final interview by August 20th, 2021
-Official hire by August 30th, 2021

This timeline could be shorter if we find who we are looking for.
