I agree with the above pick-up arrangements, and I understand that I am
responsible for placing my compost outside in a visible, accessible location
before 8am on my designated weekly pick-up day. I understand that I will be billed online at a rate of
$20/month for service, and $5/month per additional container. Online payment is strongly recommended.

I also understand that I have purchased the container, and I am responsible for
loss of or damage to the container. I agree to keep the container clean, and I
understand that compost will only be picked up from a designated container
unless otherwise specified.
