Request for Graduation Certificate from Thammasat University (แบบฟอร์มคำร้องขอรับใบปริญญาบัตร จากมหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์)
Students who graduated in academic year 2019, and need to use their Graduation Certificate, please fill-out this request form.

Note:
1. Students must complete the TU Online Registration for Graduation on www.reg.tu.ac.th before filling-out the request form.
2. After your request is approved, students will be notified and you must go to the Office of the Registrar (Rangsit Campus), Thammasat University to get the Graduation Certificate by yourself.
**In case students can not get the Graduation Certificate by themselves, a representative must have a power of attorney form from the person who requested with a copy of their Thai ID card or a copy of their passport (foreigner), as well as a copy of the Thai ID card of the representative.
3. After you received your Graduation Certificate, you will not be able to attend the Graduation Ceremony.
