Call for Nominations of Fusion Charlottetown Board Members
Want to get involved, make Charlottetown a better place, and build community?  

Fusion Charlottetown is looking for new Board members!

Why do we exist?
Fusion Charlottetown is a group dedicated to making Charlottetown a better place to live with a focus on retaining / attracting 18-40 year olds.

How we do that?
It starts with a dedicated Board of 13 people, volunteers, and project leaders.

What we do?
We do two main things:
1 - Projects & Event: WinterLove PEI, the Outdoor Ping-Pong Party, Faces of Fusion Awards Gala, Spring Clean up, etc.
2 - Engagement / Advocacy: We do surveys, polls, and engage people on developments and work with the city to make it happen.

What we are looking for?
We are looking for Board members to join the team! This is a bigger commitment that includes a time commitment of 1-2 hours per week outside of general board meetings and committee meetings. If you are unable to commit the time. please email us for volunteer and partnership opportunities!

What specific skills are we looking for?
We are looking for people who are keen, want to work, and get things done.
And more specifically, here is a list of specific skills sets that would help us build a strong Board:

- Creative / Graphic Design
- Photography / Videography
- Sponsorships or Building Partnerships
- Social Media Management
- Volunteer Management
- Processes / Management
- Web / IT

Nominations will close on October 9th and we will inform the successful nominees before October 23rd. Everyone who fills out this form will be contacted whether they were chosen or not. We ask everyone, whether you were chosen or not, to attend our Annual General Meeting on November 5th as there may be an opportunity for us to accept nominations from the floor. Food is on us!
