UTS LSS Advocates Mentoring Program 2021 Application
The Advocates Mentoring Program (AMP) is a UTS Law Students’ Society (UTS LSS) initiative that aims to connect high achieving UTS:Law students who are interested in a career in advocacy to be paired with a leading member of the legal profession.

Mentees will be provided with valuable insights regarding the day-to-day responsibilities of an advocate, including variations from law school to real-world law.

Interested students are urged to fill in the following application, to be considered for AMP 2021.

Please note, the Program is open to 3​rd​ - 5t​h​ Year Undergraduate UTS:Law Students and 2​nd​ - 3r​d​ Year Juris Doctor Students.

Applications Close: 6 pm Monday 15 March 2021.

In submitting this application, I agree, if selected to be a mentee in the Advocates Mentoring Program, to complete the Program to the best of my ability, in accordance with the AMP Handbook. This means accepting the responsibility of initiating contact with my mentor, completing the Mid Program and End of Program Survey, attending the opening and closing breakfasts and acting in a professional and courteous manner at all times. *
I acknowledge that I have read and understood the Advocate's Mentoring Program Handbook and agree to follow to the best of my ability. *
I acknowledge that a failure to complete my duties as a mentee in the program to the best of my ability and/or to the satisfaction of the Vice-President (Education) of the UTS Law Students' Society and representatives from the Advocate's Mentoring Program can result in my disqualification from the Program. *
