Khmer Enterprise would like to distribute an invitation to prospective bidders who are interested in design and implementing the "Entrepreneurial Capacity Development for Community" program under the Sustainable Coastal and Marine Fisheries Project.
“Entrepreneurial Capacity Development for Community” is designed to build the capacity of marine fishery communities in the four coastal provinces including Kampot, Kep, Preah Sihanouk, and Koh Kong. The program is to promote entrepreneurship, increase aquaculture productivity, nurture sustainable fishery, and create business opportunities. It consists of three components, including 1). Curriculum development, 2). Incubation phase, and 3). Apprenticeship phase.
