AppKIDS Superhero 5K Race-Day Volunteer Sign-Up *March 28, 2020*
In light of the rapidly changing policies and community climate regarding COVID-19, we’ve decided to shift this year’s AppKIDS Superhero Run, Walk, or Fly 5K event to a virtual race!

High Country Triple Crown Race series, sponsored by the Blue Cross NC Institute of Health and Human Services, includes the High Country Half Marathon. AppKIDS receives a portion of the proceeds.
