You are NOT required to do all 5 races to participate in this meet. Many competitors run one, some or all of the events.
Registration is for Sprint Pentathlon 11 on Sunday, April 9 at Mt Pointe HS. Limited to the first 40 people to sign up. This one will feature the 1 Mile, 100m, 400m, 200m and 800m, in that order, with a new race starting every half hour. The event is hand-timed with video back-up for very accurate results. $50 prize to the top finisher, male or female, with the best age-graded score from all five events and their age-graded % added up.
