Brick Landing Security Vehicle Stickers- Add, Delete or Modify     (RVS_01-09-23)
Please fill out this form to obtain new or replacement vehicle stickers if your household  has an EXISTING security account in the Brick Landing Gatehouse security tool.   You have an EXISTING account if you have a User ID and password and can access the resident portal at:  bricklanding.gatehouseportal.com

You may use this form if you:

- Purchase a new vehicle and need a new window sticker for it, with either a new license plate or a transfer of         an  existing license plate.  Delete an old vehicle if it has been replaced with a new vehicle 

- Need to register cars after the 'no charge' vehicle allocation (2 stickers/household) 

- Delete a car no longer in your household

- Need to replace an existing tag on a vehicle already listed in your BL security profile.  For example, you got a new windshield and need a new tag

- Have a new license plate number to update on an existing vehicle. For example, your car had a temporary plate at registration and you now have the new tag #

- Need additional stickers for resident-owned vehicles beyond the two that are included as part of your closing fee.   

All additional stickers, whether for replacement or a new vehicle are $20/sticker.   

Credentials can NOW BE PURCHASED VIA CREDIT/DEBIT CARD on this form!   

PLEASE READ: Vehicle stickers are for primary residents and their vehicles.  No regular guests, visitors  or caregivers should be given security credentials to the Brick Landing neighborhood.  These visitors should be given an e-Pass via the resident portal:  bricklanding.gatehouseportal.com  or the Gatehouse smartphone app. 
Family members who have a residence elsewhere are not residents of Brick Landing for the purpose of vehicle stickers.  They are guests/visitors and should use guest/visitor passes. 

PLEASE NOTE:  Stickers MUST be adhered/affixed to the inside windshield of the vehicle they are assigned to, via license plate in the resident portal.  Stickers are not transferable and they can not be move from vehicle to vehicle.  Stickers observed as being not permanently affixed will be deactivated immediately and a new sticker will have to be purchased for $20.   Any slight bend in the sticker will automatically deactivate the RFID strip. 

You will need the license plate number,  make, model, year and color  for each vehicle to complete this form. A temporary license plate number is acceptable, but you must send an email to:  bricklandingmail@atmc.net with the permanent number once it arrives. Failure to do so can result in a tag being deactivated. 

Once your payment is complete the request will be processed as volunteer time allows.  We process requests at least once a week.  You will receive an email when the sticker is ready for pickup and the location for the pickup.
