Facilitator/Supporter Training Interest Form
If you are interested (or nominated) in being a first-time Facilitator or Supporter, please fill out this Interest Form. If you are qualified for either position, you will have access to a "Self-Study Online Training Assessment." This training session is done on your own time at your own pace completely online using the platform of Google Forms. 

REASON FOR THIS TRAINING
  1. Some of LbE's procedures and policies change over time; this is an opportunity to clarify these procedures and policies
  2. We want every single LbE program to look and feel the same regardless of location
  3. We want to create a sense of community and belonging for all Facilitators and Supporters
FACILITATOR AND SUPPORTER REQUIREMENTS
  1. You must have experienced an appropriate amount of various programs with LbE to date. 
  2. You must show great dedication, leadership skills, and responsibility in past programs in order to be considered as a Facilitator/Supporter.
  3. You must have a great record with us - superior attendance, consistent reliability, a great communicator, etc.
  4. You must be fluent in English - reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
  5. If you are interested in becoming a Supporter and if eligible, you must read through and pass the self-study training for the Supporter position. 
  6. If you are interested in becoming a Facilitator and if eligible, you must be an official Supporter with an adequate amount of experience. In addition to a self-study session relating to the Facilitator position, you will be required to set up a meeting with GLT for a brief online meeting.
PASSING REQUIREMENTS AND NEXT STEPS
  1. For both the Facilitator and Supporter self-study assessments, you must pass with at least a 90% score.
  2. After submission of the form, GLT will manually grade it, and you will receive the results within 1 week.
  3. SUPPORTER CANDIDATES: If you pass with at least a 90% score in the self-study, you will receive a NEW badge that indicates you have taken this training, and you will be given higher priority for LbE program selection.
  4. FACILITATOR CANDIDATES: If you pass with at least a 90% score in the self-study, you must schedule an online meeting with GLT for further discussion. If we feel you are ready to facilitate, you will continue to have on-the-job training (if you are a brand new Facilitator candidate), and will be given higher priority for LbE program selection.
AM I GUARANTEED THE POSITION?
Even if you pass the self-studies, applicable meetings, and on-the-job training, you will be evaluated and assessed on the job with critical feedback. If you do not possess the rightful qualities of either a Facilitator or Supporter, you may need further training/experience, or may no longer be selected as either a Facilitator or Supporter. Of course, you will still be able to be a Global Leader!
