Indemnity Agreement

The undersigned agrees to indemnity, hold harmless and defend any action against Ritzville Festivals Association, Inc., and the City of Ritzville, and the Ritzville Rodeo Association, and the Ritzville Area Chamber of Commerce from and against all liabilities whatsoever arising out of its participation in the Ritzville Community Parade. Parade entries with derogatory comments or vulgar language will barred from participating in the parade.
