Currently booked through the end of  April, with very limited availability in May.  Thank you all so much for your support!   I'm blown away by the number of requests I receive. 

This form is for custom orders only.  Please email me with questions regarding holiday or school cookies.

If you are new here, please read below terms in entirety:

ALL PICKUP ORDERS will be available on my front stoop, by appointment only.   I will be flexible with times, and will coordinate with you a day or two before your pick up time.

Minimum order 2 dozen.
-Please note that I am usually booked 2 months in advance.  If you would like to inquire if your date is available prior to filling out this form, please reach out to Jean@GiovannasGourmets.com
-Please allow 3 weeks minimum lead time for orders of 2-4 dozen
-Please allow 4 weeks minimum lead time for orders of 4+ dozen.
-If you cannot provide this amount of lead time, please feel free to contact me, if my schedule allows, I will be happy to work with you.

Custom prices start at $57 per dozen and increases with number of colors, and complexity of design.  Orders with a single design will be priced lower, but with consideration given to complexity.

All orders require a 50% deposit, to secure time on my calendar, and will be invoiced within 48 hours of acceptance of your order.  Please look for this in your email. Full payment required 2 weeks before desired due date. (I cannot accept cash at time of pick-up). Order is not confirmed until payment is received.

Cookies are almond flavored (Giovanna's preference). **Note: the almond flavor that is used is nut allergen free.** However, Giovanna’s Gourmets is NOT a nut-free bakery. We cannot guarantee the absence of cross contamination with our baked goods. Giovanna’s Gourmets and its owners will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to foods consumed. Clients are responsible for notifying us of any other dietary restrictions prior to placing order.

Completing this request form, does not guaranty availability for your date. You will be contacted as soon as possible regarding availability and design options. Thank you for reaching out to us!

Gourmet cookies are custom made in my home bakery. PA Facility ID is 130029, licensed, inspected, pet free and insured.

What is your theme?  Please list colors, birthday age, name of guest, and any other special requests.  This is where to include anything that you definitely want!  If I have to search through emails, texts, or social media, it may get lost. (Please note that copyright/trademark laws may limit the type of designs that can be produced.) 
If you have a party/event invitation, or inspiration pictures that you would like to share, this will be very helpful in designing cookies.  Please provide to Giovanna by email.  Jean@Giovannasgourmets.com  Do you have an invitation?

Packaging requests. All cookies are individually heat sealed & wrapped (this insures freshness, as there are no preservatives added.) Cookies tied with ribbons/bows will cost $4 per dozen additional.

I have read the terms above and have checked all information provided for accuracy. I understand that after my request is received and details are confirmed, an invoice will be sent to my email, from Square, who processes all payments.  Standard policy is that I do not accept cash at time of pick up.  Please pay promptly to confirm your order.
