Registration Fees
A registration fee must be received by Seattle Flying Dragons to confirm your registration for the event.  Our preferred method of payment for US Clubs is via Zelle transfer from your bank.  However, we will also accept payments via Paypal, Check, or Wire Transfer.  For all payments, please include a note with your club name so we can match the payment with the registration.

Premier Mixed, Premier Women, Community: 
  • Early Bird, $1,000 USD
  • Regular, $1,200 USD
Specialty Divisions (Open, Mixed Masters 40+, All Cancer Survivors): 
  • Early Bird, $300 USD
  • Regular, $400 USD
  • All Cancer Survivors Division is free
Team Cancellation Policy:
  • If a team cancels ON OR AFTER May 1, 2024, no refunds will be issued
  • If a team cancels BEFORE May 1, 2024, they will be refunded minus a cancelation fee equivalent to 25% of the amount paid
Festival Cancellation Policy:
  • If an insufficient number of teams register for the festival, the Seattle Flying Dragons may cancel the event with a minimum of 30 days notice.  In this case, each registered team will receive a full refund of their race registration fees only.
  • In the unlikely event of canceling due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Seattle Flying Dragons, including but not limited to acts of  terrorism, war, weather, or natural disaster, Seattle Flying Dragons cannot be held responsible for any cost, damage, or expense which may be incurred by registrants as a consequence of the festival being canceled.

Next Steps...
1) Complete your registration by paying your registration fee

2) Rosters for each registered team will need to be submitted, to include the names of all participating paddlers, steers, and drummers.  Digital Rosters Forms will be included in your registration packet starting in February and will be due May 31, 2024.

3) Individual Waivers will need to be submitted for all participating paddlers, steers, and drummers.  A link to our Digital Individual Waiver Form will be included in your registration packet starting in February and will be due by May 31, 2024.  A signed Individual Waiver will be required for all persons listed on the Roster Form. 

4) The Race Grid and Event Schedule will be released no later than June 1, 2024.  Please be aware that the schedule may be modified on race day due to weather, equipment, or safety issues.

Information about parking, accommodations, and the event schedule will be posted on the website.
