A registration fee must be received by Seattle Flying Dragons to confirm your registration for the event. Our preferred method of payment for US Clubs is via Zelle transfer from your bank. However, we will also accept payments via Paypal, Check, or Wire Transfer. For all payments, please include a note with your club name so we can match the payment with the registration.

Premier Mixed, Premier Women, Community:
- Early Bird, $1,000 USD
- Regular, $1,200 USD
Specialty Divisions (Open, Mixed Masters 40+, All Cancer Survivors):
- Early Bird, $300 USD
- Regular, $400 USD
- All Cancer Survivors Division is free
Team Cancellation Policy:
- If a team cancels ON OR AFTER May 1, 2024, no refunds will be issued
- If a team cancels BEFORE May 1, 2024, they will be refunded minus a cancelation fee equivalent to 25% of the amount paid
Festival Cancellation Policy:
- If an insufficient number of teams register for the festival, the Seattle Flying Dragons may cancel the event with a minimum of 30 days notice. In this case, each registered team will receive a full refund of their race registration fees only.
- In the unlikely event of canceling due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Seattle Flying Dragons, including but not limited to acts of terrorism, war, weather, or natural disaster, Seattle Flying Dragons cannot be held responsible for any cost, damage, or expense which may be incurred by registrants as a consequence of the festival being canceled.
