St. Gemma Annual Family BBQ:                 VOLUNTEER SIGN-UP 2019
Thank you for answering our call out for volunteers!

We can really use your assistance before, during, and after the event on Friday, June 21, 2019. Volunteer tasks may include setting up equipment (e.g. tables, chairs, shade structures, lawn games, canteen, signage), assisting with parking, welcoming guests and handing out vouchers, serving/selling drinks and food, running raffles or games, applying face paint, and cleaning up afterwards.

Kindly note that, by filling in this volunteer sign-up form, you are giving your consent for St. Gemma Catholic School Council to communicate important messages to you concerning volunteer tasks for the Annual Family BBQ.  We will not share your contact information with any other organization and you may withdraw your consent at any time.
