3. Webinar Description (300 words of less): Please provide a clear and concise description that includes an overview of the content, the importance/need for the topic, and the target audience. *

4. Learning Objectives: Please provide at least three (3) learning objectives that are clear, measurable, and achievable. (For example, "During this webinar, participants will learn.....") *

5. Speaker Biography (100 words or less): Please provide a short biographical sketch about yourself that will be used by our moderator to introduce you. *
